Outpatient Services: TELEHEALTH or IN-OFFICE Appointments!!!!!

 

Age Range: Adults, Children, and Adolescents are seen based on therapist training and preference. 

 

• Individual Counseling.

  • Mental Health

    • Generalized Anxiety, PTSD, Major Depressive Disorder, Schizophrenia, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder Etc….

  • Substance Use

    • Drugs and Alcohol

  • Addiction 

    • Gambling etc...​

 

• Intensive Outpatient Counseling Group (6 Month minimum)

  • Our IOP group is designed to provide a higher level of substance use services beyond that of weekly individual counseling services. During this program participants will complete 3 hours of group counseling three times a week for the entirety of the program.

 

• Assessments: Mental Health, Substance Abuse, Parenting, and Domestic Violence

• Trauma-informed care services offered- Qualified trauma-informed professionals.

• Batterers Intervention Program Services (Domestic Violence). We have an onsite Autonomous Batterers Intervention Provider.

• Approved Kentucky Board of Nursing substance use and mental health assessments.

• Anger Management (Only if there is no reported DV involved).

• Parenting Education 

• Onsite Drug Screening

• Targeted Case Management Services.

• Reintegration 

• Employment training counseling

• 12 Bed Unit (30-day, 60-day, and 90-day program)

• Daily admittance (may fluctuant)

• Group Counseling daily

• Individual Counseling weekly

• 12-Step Program Review

• Daily Living Education

• Aftercare Planning
